Sekolah Menengah Sains Alam Shah
The former Sekolah Alam Shah occupied the site for 41 years before it moved to Putrajaya. A new school was formed on the old site and is called SM Sains Alam Shah. Students of Sains Alam Shah or better known as ASiS achieved brilliant results for 2005 and 2006 SPM Examinations. In 2005, it was placed fourth amongst boarding schools(called SBPs) while it was placed third in 2006 and 2007. The school can cater to approximately 600 students, who are form 4 (16 years old) and form 5 (17 years old) students. The current Head Boy is Nor Azhar B. Baharom. the current batch in this present year of 2008 is known as REFORMASIV has ranked as the best batch ever to sat the SBP trials in the whole ASiS with the GP of 2.78. It has shown a promising year for ASiS this year and the whole batch of form five 2007/2008 is hoping to make another record by ranking number one in the SPM SBP ranks.
